Τελικά τα νέα του Joystiq δεν ήταν τρομερά συγκλονηστικά, και δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί το NDA-like ‘περιμένετε μέχρι μεσάνυχτα.’ Φαίνεται πως απλώς κάναν hype up τα νέα τους. Τι είναι λοιπόν;
Η Nintendo έχει δεχθεί μπόλικα Broadway chips από την ΙΒΜ, αρχίζοντας από τον Ιούλιο. Περιμένετε το Wii να βγει πολύ σύντομα. Οι ανακοινώσεις της επομένης βδομάδας ίσως είναι —σχεδόν— launch events.
With this news and Nintendo confirming the shipment of “6 million systems to retailers around the world between its launch in the fourth quarter of 2006 and the end of its fiscal year on March 31, 2007,” we fully expect Nintendo to make an official announcement next week during their event in New York City. And as previously mentioned, we expect a release date far sooner than what has been projected.

The worst part is, we understand that it was our hard-earned credibility that contributed to this excitement cocktail. … If we tell you that something is “major” and “worth waiting for,” naturally you would expect it to be. [Our] news … while potentially telling, is hardly the sort of megaton announcement we alluded to or fans were dreaming of.
